About the planner
What is an end-of-life planner?
A guided workbook for recording important information — contacts, document locations, accounts, household details, and personal wishes — so the people you trust can find what they need. It organizes information; it is not a legal document.
Is the planner a replacement for a legal will?
No. Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives should be prepared with qualified professionals — requirements vary by state. The planner complements those documents by keeping everyday information and wishes organized alongside them.
Who is it for?
Any adult who wants their important information organized — parents, caregivers, seniors, or anyone reviewing their affairs. It also makes a thoughtful, practical gift.
What’s inside, and what size is it?
Twenty guided sections — from personal details and key contacts through documents, finances, insurance, and digital accounts, to wishes, letters, and final words — in a large 8.5 × 11 inch paperback. See the full planner page for real interior pages.
Should I write passwords in it?
We suggest recording where accounts exist rather than credentials. Keep passwords in a password manager or a separately secured location, and store the completed planner somewhere secure.
Ordering through Amazon
Where do I buy the book?
On Amazon, via the buttons on this site. Clicking “View on Amazon” opens the product page in a new tab; your purchase is completed entirely on Amazon.
Who handles payment, shipping, and returns?
Amazon does. Payment, delivery, returns, refunds, and order support are all handled by Amazon under its own policies. This website never sees your order or payment details.
Where do I find the price and delivery estimate?
Always on Amazon directly. We intentionally don’t display prices or availability here, because they can change at any time on Amazon.
Is this website part of Amazon?
No. This is an independent publishing website. We participate in the Amazon Associates program, but we are not Amazon and are not endorsed by Amazon.
Affiliate links
Does this site use affiliate links?
Yes. Book links to Amazon are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
Does that cost me anything extra?
No. You pay exactly the same price on Amazon; the commission comes from Amazon, not from you. Full details are on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
Privacy & security
What information does this website collect?
We don’t collect Amazon account details or payment information — ever. Basic anonymous analytics may be used to understand how the site is visited; see the Privacy Policy.
How should I protect a completed planner?
Treat it like any sensitive document: store it in a locked drawer, safe, or fireproof box, and tell only trusted people where it is. Avoid writing passwords in it.
